Red Cap

In Irish mythology a Red Cap is the enforcer of the Fey. Whenever there is a need to get ones "hands dirty" they send in the Red Caps. Vicious creatures who dye their caps red in the blood of their victims. This Red Cap has seen better days, his scars are evident on his arms and face. He also has a chunk taken out of his ear from a victim not quite ready to give up the fight.
